Newly built luxurious home on the peaceful south end of island across from Carlos Pointe with (2) MBR’s that sleeps 10 comfortably. This home has All the amenity’s, Dock w/14lb lift, Kayaks, private pool, hot tub and short walk to a large and sandy beach, with plenty of parking. Sunset and Sunrise views form both front and rear of home depending on time of year.

Home consists of (4) Bed Rooms, (3 & 1/2) Baths Rooms, a large very private MBR on 2nd floor that has its own refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave so you can keep a chilled bottle for evening night cap or morning coffee while viewing the awesome sunrise or sunsets. The 1st floor has (3) Bed Rooms with (1) en-suite MBR, and (2) additional bed rooms sharing private bath room.

Kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the dining area with breakfast bar and doublewide opening to Lanai for enjoying your family meals with great view of pool and canal. All towels for beach and bath, beach chairs, lounging chairs, ground floor dining table next to pool and Door Monitoring to make sure the little ones are safe!

Within walking distance of the resort is a Tiki Bar/Restaurant on the beach with great live music, several night-life bars, restuarants, and lots of fresh fish. Lovers Key Park is only a 10 minute drive to the south of the Condo with a great beach, playground for the kids, and walking trails with beautiful landscape and wildlife. To help get to popular locations, there is a great tram that is inexpensive ($0.50 for the ride) which leaves every 40 minutes.

Fort Myers Beach

There are numerous attractions within walking distance of all of our Florida locations. There is also a Ft Myers’ Beach Tram to get you to all the popular locations without having to drive your car — $0.50 for the ride, it leaves every 40 minutes, and you can take your bikes and other sports items. This trolley is an easy, fun, and inexpensive way to get around on Fort Myers Beach, FL.

Downtown Fort Myers

Downtown Fort Myers features many night life bars and restaurants with lots of fresh fish, all within a ten minute walk. There are a handful of beautiful gardens and parks to see, and depending on the time of year, there are festivals to attend. Do some shopping, go out for some delicious food, go to an upscale nightclub, or attend a local event. Fort Meyers holds something for all ages, all year long.

Beach Access Points Along Estero Blvd, There are numerous beach access points all along Estero Blvd. These allow access to the full 7 miles of white sugar sand beach to everyone. The north end of the island by Times Square tends to be the busiest, while the far north, middle of the island and south end beach areas are generally quiet.

Lover’s Key State Park Recreation, The most remote beaches can be found here. On Lover’s Key State Park you may find yourself alone on a secluded beach. Here you can bike ride through trails, canoe and kayak, watch dolphins and manatees play.
