This awesome vacation home offers beautiful views of The Gulf of Mexico and a magnificent sugar white sand beach. This unit features a beautifully updated kitchen with all new Stainless Steel Appliances, Hardwood cabinetry, & Granite counter tops. Washer and Dryer in unit for your convenience. New and gorgeous Tiled bathrooms with awesome shower heads!
Screened lanai overlooks the sparkling white sand beach and the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The lanai includes a patio set, 4 chairs, and overhead ceiling fan for you to enjoy your evenings taking in the sunsets. New furnishings, including mattresses, linens, tropical art, New LED HD-TVs & WiFi, New Lighting, Plantation Shutters, and New Tinted Sliding Doors.
Featuring all new high impact glass windows and glass doors, front door security deadbolt lock, crown molding, six panel doors, &18 inch ceramic tile floors throughout, The living area is complete a Cozy Sofa w/pull out Double Bed, and matching Love Seat.
Open area Kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with cooking utensils. Appliances include full size stainless steel appliances, along with washer and dryer. Free wireless internet in this condo with Beach chairs and six beach towels available for you to use.
Nearby Attractions
Within walking distance of the resort is a Tiki Bar/Restaurant on the beach with great live music, several night-life bars, restuarants, and lots of fresh fish. Lovers Key Park is only a 10 minute drive to the south of the Condo with a great beach, playground for the kids, and walking trails with beautiful landscape and wildlife. To help get to popular locations, there is a great tram that is inexpensive ($0.50 for the ride) which leaves every 40 minutes.
Fort Myers Beach
There are numerous attractions within walking distance of all of our Florida locations. There is also a Ft Myers’ Beach Tram to get you to all the popular locations without having to drive your car — $0.50 for the ride, it leaves every 40 minutes, and you can take your bikes and other sports items. This trolley is an easy, fun, and inexpensive way to get around on Fort Myers Beach, FL.

Downtown Fort Myers
Downtown Fort Myers features many night life bars and restaurants with lots of fresh fish, all within a ten minute walk. There are a handful of beautiful gardens and parks to see, and depending on the time of year, there are festivals to attend. Do some shopping, go out for some delicious food, go to an upscale nightclub, or attend a local event. Fort Meyers holds something for all ages, all year long.

Super quiet and peaceful location at very south end of Island, large sandy beach with lots of shells, Trolley stop in front, restaurants and shops within (2) minute drive or 20 minute walk. Walk across the bridge and you’re at Lovers Key with great beaches, biking, playground, boat launch, kayaking and more!
