This condo is located in Bldg #1, 5th floor, middle unit, built in 2006, This exquisite Condo offers a spacious 1,590 total square feet (w/Lanai), very nice (2) Bedroom with 3rd BR/Den/Ofc can be used as a Den/Office with comfy couch or Bed Rm w/Double foam & padded mattress as pull out, has drawers for clothes and hanging rod. Nice view of the gulf coast from front with private beach access, and beautifully furnishings throughout! Condo provides a 48″ HDTV with Digital Cable, Blue Ray DVD, WiFi Internet, private Washer and Dryer, Beach Chairs & Beach Towels, and a Porta Crib on site for the toddler. Building has a full access Elevator and ample guest parking. Enjoy the heated Resort style Pool and Spa, Fitness room and Tennis Courts and be within a few minutes walking distance to many great shops and restaurants at Santini Plaza, nearby you can enjoy the Fishing Pier and Biking/Walking trails in the Bay Beach community. For an additional charge to the COA there is a Community Room with kitchen and grille, perfect venue for special occasions like birthday and anniversary celebrations, weddings, family reunions, small business retreats. Use the $0.75 Trolley to go up to Times Square or to other great locations off the island.
When you enter this corner condo you will immediately notice the detail and grandeur, trayed ceilings, Corian counters, custom wood cabinets, Tommy Bahama Style Furniture throughout that you will enjoy during your stay. Let the ocean breezes and sunlight surround you, providing you with peace and tranquility. Enjoy the views of the fountain and lake, and just over 300 Feet from the pristine seven-mile stretch of white sugar sand beach, that’s perfect for swimming, shelling, sand-castles and breathtaking Gulf of Mexico sunsets.
Kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, all cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils to prepare quick lunches or gourmet dinners. A spacious Living Area with comfortable couches and Large dining table that seats six, TV, movies, books, and games available for your entertainment.All rooms have ceiling fans.
The large Master Suite boasts a King size bed and a large walk-in closet, Master Bathroom is masterpiece with a splendid large soaking tub, separate over sized shower and his and her sinks. Watch a late night movie on the in-room TV/DVD or slip out to the lanai from your private sliding glass door.
The 2nd BR has a (2) Twin Beds that can be pushed together if necessary, in room TV and spacious closet, the 3rd BR/Den offers a Full Pull Out bed with comfy overstuffed mattress cover, drawers and bar to hang clothes. A port-a-play crib is on site for the little one. There is a 2nd full bathroom for the guest bedrooms.
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet skis and Para sailing rentals are within walking distance. Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.
Looking for something to do after the beach? There are golf courses, mini golf, Frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, Water Park, and much, much more. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Air boat or Swamp Buggy adventure. Marina, awesome restaurants and numerous quaint shops.

Within walking distance of the resort is a Tiki Bar/Restaurant on the beach with great live music, several night-life bars, restuarants, and lots of fresh fish. Lovers Key Park is only a 10 minute drive to the south of the Condo with a great beach, playground for the kids, and walking trails with beautiful landscape and wildlife. To help get to popular locations, there is a great tram that is inexpensive ($0.50 for the ride) which leaves every 40 minutes.
Fort Myers Beach
There are numerous attractions within walking distance of all of our Florida locations. There is also a Ft Myers’ Beach Tram to get you to all the popular locations without having to drive your car — $0.50 for the ride, it leaves every 40 minutes, and you can take your bikes and other sports items. This trolley is an easy, fun, and inexpensive way to get around on Fort Myers Beach, FL.

Downtown Fort Myers
Downtown Fort Myers features many night life bars and restaurants with lots of fresh fish, all within a ten minute walk. There are a handful of beautiful gardens and parks to see, and depending on the time of year, there are festivals to attend. Do some shopping, go out for some delicious food, go to an upscale nightclub, or attend a local event. Fort Meyers holds something for all ages, all year long.

Walk across the street and you’re at the beach! And (10) minute walk up the road at the Holiday Inn (all are welcome) is the largest and best beach on the island with an awesome Tiki Bar/Restaurant on the beach with great live music (oldies/blues/country) during dinner hours and sunset, lots of fun! Many night life bars and restaurants, lots of fresh fish, all within ten minute walk.
Lovers Key Park is a 10 minute drive south of the Condo, great beach, amenities, playground for the kids, walking trails, beautiful landscape and wildlife!!
A 10 minute drive north to the top of the island is the fishing pier and lots of fun activities.
